1. Why doesn’t my lighter work when I receive it?

All lighters are shipped without butane gas due to international shipping regulations.

Please refill the lighter with standard butane before first use.

2. The lighter sparks but won’t light. What should I do?

This usually happens when the gas flow is not properly adjusted.

Please try the following:

• Refill with butane
• Adjust the flame control valve (bottom knob)
• Turn the knob to a middle or higher position
• Try igniting slowly while adjusting

3. How do I refill the lighter?

1. Turn the lighter upside down
2. Insert the butane nozzle into the refill valve
3. Press for 3–5 seconds
4. Wait 2–3 minutes before using

Make sure to use standard butane gas.

4. Why is the flame too big or too small?

The flame size can be adjusted using the bottom control valve.

• Turn clockwise → smaller flame
• Turn counterclockwise → larger flame

Adjust gradually for best performance.

5. My lighter leaks gas. What should I do?

Gas leakage may occur if:

• The refill is not done properly
• The valve is not sealed correctly

Please ensure:
